ABOUT KATHERINE
Katherine has been teaching meditation and body-centered journey skills for the past 20 years. As a certified shamanic practitioner, she teaches journey skills and various forms of body-centered meditation. The heart of her work is supporting individuals in their development of “inner muscles”, a greater capacity to witness, create space and bring love and compassion to whatever emotional, psychological, physical or spiritual healing is needed.

“Katherine’s unconditionally loving presence creates a field of safety for exploration. Her skillfully led Breath Meditations support a deep inner journey using body sensations as a guide. Through these experiences I have learned to relax deeply and to trust my body’s intelligence, my Being, to accomplish the healing that is needed.
Katherine sees obstacles as opportunities and a gateway to a more spacious field when met with love and compassion. This practice has served me well in my internal explorations as well as in daily life.
Working with Katherine has been a blessing. My life is richer and fuller because of this exceptional being gracing my life”. – Lynne A
